OFFICIAL WITHDRAWAL POLICIES

To officially withdraw from Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc., students must complete an Official Withdrawal Form. Refunds are based on the date contained on the Official Withdrawal Form or the last date of attendance as determined by the School. Any outstanding financial obligations to MCCTS will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Tuition charges are refundable on the following schedule:

Date of Withdrawal Refund Percentage
Within 1 week after the beginning of classes for that program 70%
Within 2 weeks after the beginning of classes for that program 40%
Within 3 weeks after the beginning of classes for that program 25%
After 3 weeks from the beginning of classes for that program -0-

Withdrawal Fee – MCCTS may charge a withdrawal fee of up to $100 for processing a withdrawal.

Suspension/Dismissal – In unusual and unfortunate circumstances, a student may be suspended or dismissed during the trimester for academic or disciplinary problems or
nonpayment of account. In such a case, a student will not receive a refund for tuition and/or fees.

UNPAID ACCOUNTS

Students who have any unpaid accounts at Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. may not register for the next trimester. Transcripts and final grade reports are not issued until all charges are paid in full. All tuition and fees must be paid in full before students are permitted to graduate and/or receive their diplomas/degrees. MCCTS reserves the right to assess for collection and litigation costs as well as to levy a service charge equal to 1 ½ percent per month on any account with a balance beyond 30 days past due.

FINANCIAL AID

Currently, Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. does not offer financial assistance to students.

BUSINESS OFFICE HOURS

Regular Business Office hours will be posted at the beginning of each trimester. At the beginning of each trimester, office hours will be extended to accommodate registration student needs.
