Undergraduate Academic Programs

The Biblical Studies curriculum is the basis of all coursework offered by Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. It is designed to provide the adult learner with a varied introduction to the Holy Bible and its major doctrines. The Diploma Program requires the completion of 15 specified credit hours; the Associate Degree Program requires the completion of 45 specified credit hours and the Bachelors Degree Program requires the completion of 90 specified credit hours of undergraduate coursework and the successful fulfillment of any other qualifications necessary for completion of a Maranatha Undergraduate Degree Program. The required coursework is as follows … Undergraduate courses cost $85 per credit hour and other fees may apply. Currently, three (3) hour courses are $255 and four (4) hour courses are $340 plus the cost of books and fees.

Graduate Academic Programs

The MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAM consists of nine (9) graduate-level courses totaling 27 credit hours. A student may choose either the Biblical Studies program or the Ministry Leadership program. However, the Master’s Degree is contingent upon the student’s completion of an additional 32 credit hours of foundational theological undergraduate course work. Students who have earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited secular college or university must complete the Master’s Contingency undergraduate-level courses listed in column 3. These courses may be taken simultaneously with Master’s level courses. Students who have earned degrees from approved theological institutions may request a transcript review to determine if some or all of the Master’s Contingency courses may be waived. All Master’s level courses are taught on Saturdays. Master’s Contingency courses are offered in accordance with the published Undergraduate schedule. Graduate courses cost $120 per credit hour and other fees may apply. Currently, three (3) hour courses are $360 plus the cost of books and fees. New candidates for graduate admission are required to submit an application, transcripts, a graduate essay and pay an application fee of $50.
