Costs and Financial Policies

It is not anticipated that costs listed in this Catalog will be increased. However Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in fees at any time.

UNDERGRADUATE SCHOOL TUITION AND FEES:

Fee structure for all students taking classes for credit towards a diploma or degree
Tuition & Fees ............... $85.00 per Credit Hour
Fee Structure for Auditing a Class
Audit Fee* .................... $60.00 per Credit Hour
*Audits allowed only by permission of the Dean.
The audit rate of $60.00 per credit hour is reserved for and applied towards the accounts of students auditing undergraduate classes by permission of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies.

GRADUATE SCHOOL TUITION AND FEES:

Fee structure for all students taking classes for credit towards a graduate degree
Tuition & Fees ................ $120.00 per Credit Hour
Fee Structure for Auditing a Class
Audit Fee* ..................... $90.00 per Credit Hour
*Audits allowed only by permission of the Dean.
The audit rate of $90.00 per credit hour is reserved for and applied towards the accounts of students auditing classes by permission of the Dean of Graduate Studies.

PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS

Students are urged to pre-register for classes prior to the next trimester. The pre-registration fee will be directly applied to the student’s balance at general registration.

PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES

Tuition and fees and all other costs are due and payable on or before the beginning of each trimester and before admission to classes.

DEFERRED PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. has no current programs available to offer financial assistance. We do offer a payment plan where all tuition and fees must be paid in full by the 7th class week of the trimester. Processing fees and interest apply.

PERSONAL CHECKS

Personal checks are NOT accepted as a form of payment for any service that Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. offers. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, and/or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

VISA or MASTERCARD

Students may pay all or part of their account with VISA or MASTERCARD. This may be accomplished by:

1) Presenting a valid credit card with proper identification to the Business Office when paying the account at the beginning of the term.

2) Calling the Business Office with account information and payment amount.

REFUND AND REPAYMENT POLICY

Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. has established a fair and equitable refund pertaining to all students who officially withdraw from classes. In order to receive a refund, students must follow the official withdrawal process (see registration).
