ADMISSIONS POLICIES

GRADUATE & UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS

Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. offers admission to students in four categories:
1) Regular students are those who wish to take courses for credit toward a diploma or degree from Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc.

2) Special students are those who wish to take courses without seeking a diploma or degree from Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc.

3) Transfer students are those who wish to take courses for credit toward a diploma or degree from Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. and have completed transferable credit hours from another accredited Bible College or Christian Institution of Learning. Credits of less than 2.5 average on a 4.0 scale are non-transferable.

4) Readmitted students are those who have withdrawn from Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. and wish to return.

THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Persons who wish to apply to Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. may obtain an application form by writing:

Applicants for regular admission must:
1) Submit a completed application with a $60.00 (non-refundable) application fee.

2) If applicable, request official transcripts from each institution of higher learning (secular, Christian and/or Bible College) attended be sent directly to Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc.

Special student applicants must:
Submit a completed application with a $60.00 (non-refundable) application fee.

Transfer applicants who have attended another Christian or Bible College or College must:
1) Submit a completed application form with a $60.00 (non-refundable) application fee.

2) Request an official transcript from each College attended be sent directly to Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. Transfer applicants should be eligible for readmission to, or should have graduated from, the last institution attended. Transfer applicants are encouraged to request advance evaluations of their transcripts to determine which courses will be accepted for transfer to Maranatha and how credit will be applie

Applicants for readmission must:
1) Submit a completed application with a $45.00 (non-refundable) application fee.

2) If applicable, request official transcripts from each institution attended since withdrawing sent directly to Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc.

Any student who has not attended Maranatha Christian College & Theological Seminary, Inc. within the last full academic year is considered an applicant for readmission. Maranatha has a “rolling admission” policy. This means that each application is acted upon as soon as all necessary credentials arrive and the student is informed of the decision as soon as possible.
